Chiming bells? It’s the church – and cowbells.
Enjoy the beauty of natural wood in the comfort of our spacious apartment; in the barn our animals enjoy similar comfort: light, air and a playpen. “That’s a hotel for cows”, says our regular guest Peter. Comfort for cows! Wellness for dairy cows, calves and young cattle. Looking happy are Heidi and Gundi alongside the massage brush. Freshly mown grass or blow dried hay, and organic feed lying on the feeding table. Hmmm, that will give good organic hay milk.
Most of our raw milk is sent to the milk cooperative Sterzinger Milk for further processing. In the spring we ourselves produce sour milk products, butter and cheeses.
Milk is more than just a drink, because raw milk contains many nutrients, vitamins and minerals of high biological value, so milk is an important food for our health.

Here, where clear alpine air and enjoyment of life is a part of every season, where mountains and woods reach into the sky, is our paradise. Enjoy a tranquil Tyrolean holiday based in the 1907 built s’Landhaus where our garden is a haven of the best that nature has to offer. Over the last few years we have been busy updating things. We have been letting our apartment since 2012. Our heating system uses woodchips and our new hay drying and ventilation system ensures that we produce the finest quality hayfield milk.
More and more people are showing interest in healthy nutrition and natural living and choosing foods that are produced in their immediate environment. Our food philosophy is based on traditional “peasant” dishes that we refine and develop. These dishes and foods are offered to our guests in s’Landhaus and to guests at the mountain hut.

OUR DAILY WORK IS ALSO NATURALLY INFLUENCED BY THE CHANGING SEASONS.
Farm garden – natural health – Grandfather Ignaz understands better than anyone how to prune and care for our trees. He has achieved excellent yields without the use of chemicals. Even the pruned branches are used with the farm’s manure and compost for raised beds. This “new” way of planting never ceases to amaze us. During the summer apricots, plums, currants and raspberries are harvested to produce jam or juice. In the autumn, our cellar fills with potatoes (variety Ditta) and apple juice. In the earth cellar we store apples and autumn vegetables.
